Like every year, the commemoration of the Armistice of the First World War took place on November 11 at the French military cemetery in Belgrade, in the presence of the French Ambassador to Serbia, Mr. Pierre Cochard, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dacic, as well as delegations from other allied nations who participated in the Great War. The CM1 students contributed to the ceremony by singing the two national anthems and the song symbolizing Franco-Serbian friendship ”Krece se ladja francuska” under the direction of Ms. Ducroo, primary school director and accompanied on piano by Romaric Roland Jankovic, our 3e student.
