Left Athens the week of March 11 to reach Paris on June 19, the AEFE Generation 2024 relay arrived in Belgrade on April 4. We welcomed the delegation of students from the Lycée Français Anna de Noailles in Bucharest who presented the relay flag to our students during the ceremony at the school. The delegation of our students left for Budapest on April 11 to hand over the flag to the students of the Lycée Français Gustave Eiffel. They were welcomed by the principal Corinne Gacel. Afterwards the students inaugurated the school’s new climbing wall. After a symbolic transmission of the AEFE-Generation 2024 flag on the Chain Bridge, the students were able to enjoy the setting of the city center (parliament, Budapest Castle and the banks of the Danube) before going to the French Institute, where they were able to share a friendly moment around the table football.
