Last January, our little foodies from preschool and primary school discovered the French tradition with the famous galette des rois! In preschool, creativity was in the spotlight! The children colored and decorated the legendary story about the galette, made crowns, and even shaped their own galettes with playdough! In primary school, it was time for tasting! The traditional frangipane galette delighted our students… A wonderful immersion into French culture through art, reading, and delicious treats!
